  • Who had treated myocardial infarction, dyspnea or other severe heart conditions in the past
Required Documents
  • All 50/100k participants who are being treated for any kind of illness must submit certified medical records or doctor’s note (issued within the past 6 months) to join the race.
  • Medical Certification needed for Electrocardiogram, Cardiovascular, Cardiopulmonary, Blood pressure
  • Doctor’s Note needed for Chest X-ray, Heart failure check-up
The doctor’s statements are required not to ask for their responsibility for any accidents but only to check participant’s physical health ability to participate in the race.
The format is not fixed and the attached medical certification may be used. Please check your condition and ask your doctor to fill up the form.

  • All runners must sign up before the race at the designated booth on time.
  • Runners, who do not sign up during the notified time period, will be automatically disqualified from the race.
  • All 50K & 100K runners must pass through equipment inspection at the sign-up booth, those who do not go through equipment check up will be disqualified from the race.

Please understand that any refund or change in application is impossible after registration deadline
RACE RULES
  • All runners are responsible to keep themselves safe from injuries and accidents.
  • All runners must submit personal health forms if they have been medically treated due to health problems such as myocardial infarction and difficulty in breathing in the past.
    The host is not responsible for accidents from your own health problem
  • All runners must wear their own trail running shoes (mandatory) and carry running backpack and water bottle.
  • The host is not responsible for accidents from sudden environmental changes such as low temperature, snow storm and rain. Runners should be prepared for such environmental emergency.
  • The race organizations have publication rights of photos, videos, and records of runners taken from the race.
  • Each checkpoint has limited time. Runners can be disqualified if they spend more time than its limits.
  • Runner must follow all rules regulated by the host.
Race Insurance

The race organizations have applied for event insurance so that accidents occurred from race organizers will be covered by insurance. However, accidents due to personal issues will not be covered. If any runners would like to be covered from personal accidents during the race, they should apply for personal insurance by themselves.

  1. The insurance only covers accidents occurred from the race organizer’s faults but not accidents from personal issues.
  2. The insurance will not cover personal issues so that each runner has to be responsible for injuries and accidents.
  3. Diseases include myocardial infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, difficulty in breathing, sudden death, vomit, muscular pain. (Accidents due to diseases will not be covered by insurance.)
